Vice President, Electric Cooperative Markets

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the overall strategy, positioning, and engagement approach for the electric
• Develop and expand senior-level relationships with electric cooperative executives, general
• Represent the organization externally at industry conferences, association events, and executive
• Build relationships with national, state, and regional electric cooperative associations and use
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value opportunities, taking accountability for measurable
• Partner with senior commercial leaders to shape account strategies, scope opportunities, develop

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, market development, strategic partnerships, or
• Proven experience owning and evolving a market, customer segment, or channel strategy from end to
• Established and active network of electric cooperative executives, general managers, board members
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop market strategy and represent an organization
• Working knowledge of electric cooperative governance, member-owned structures, and factors
• Strong ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without formal management

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $195,000–$225,000 per year
