🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or a related discipline; a
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, with extensive expertise in electronics
• Significant experience leading electronics manufacturing strategy, transformation, operational
• Demonstrated experience with electronics manufacturing, including the integration of software or
• Strong understanding of manufacturing strategy, supply chain, cost leadership, quality, service
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and translate strategic objectives
