Vice President, Enterprise Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year Revenue Operations and enablement strategy aligned with
• Lead revenue forecasting and deliver accurate, actionable models and projections to the Chief
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles
• Analyze market opportunities and revenue performance to identify growth potential across channels
• Develop scalable territory models, quota frameworks, and sales compensation strategies
• Connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through shared processes, performance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience leading managers or directors and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling Revenue Operations functions, including ownership of
• Experience directing sales training and enablement programs, including onboarding, continuous
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, establish accountability, and drive
• Deep expertise in SaaS and subscription-based business models, including strong knowledge of NRR
