📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic federal opportunities across targeted agencies
• Develop and manage a qualified federal opportunity pipeline in the $250M–$500M range.
• Leverage executive-level relationships with government program offices, acquisition leadership, and
• Lead capture activities from early market intelligence and opportunity shaping through proposal

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of federal business development and capture experience within the Government
• Demonstrated success generating $50M+ in annual federal contract awards.
• Proven experience leading capture efforts for large federal opportunities valued at approximately
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders within agencies such as HHS, DHS, Air Force
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contracting practices, and the Federal
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage large qualified opportunity pipelines and convert

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $154,000–$207,000.
