Vice President, Finance

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy and capital planning through SPAC IPO by 2027
• Own cap table, equity administration, option plans, and investor records
• Own IPO/SPAC readiness including financial reporting maturity, controls, governance
• Partner with CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets strategy
• Build scalable finance, accounting, FP&A, and compliance functions
• Establish forecasting, KPI frameworks, operating discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior finance executive at a venture-backed company
• Led or played a key leadership role in an IPO or SPAC transaction
• Deep understanding of capital markets, investor relations, and public company reporting
• Experience scaling financial operations in a high-growth startup
• Strong operational mindset — comfortable moving between strategy and execution
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
