Vice President, Finance

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of high-performing finance professionals
• Develop operating policies, procedures, and improvement programs
• Lead the financial planning process, including quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasting
• Build and improve financial models, including the company's three-statement financial model
• Establish key metrics and drive alignment on KPIs
• Manage financial analysis, including budget variance analyses and month-end close support

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modeling and tools like
• SaaS marketplace industry experience
• Experience leading finance in a high-growth, scale environment
• Deep experience in financial modeling
• Strong proficiency in financial planning and budgeting tools
