📋 Description

• Own global delivery quality and client relationships for site/patient payments.
• Lead delivery across implementation, verification, and PM with one rhythm.
• Senior escalation point for executive-level financial delivery issues.
• Own key metrics: cycle time, turnaround, satisfaction, cost per study.
• Evolve the operating model to optimize quality, cost, and scale with growth.
• Partner with senior delivery leaders to ensure a consistent client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Progressive leadership in regulated industries; payments or life sciences preferred.
• Proven track record leading a 75+ person delivery org with P&L ownership.
• Executive-level communication and enterprise client management.
• Ability to travel 10–25% of the time.
• Philadelphia metro residents preferred; others may travel.
