Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into financial priorities and tradeoffs.
Own budgeting, reforecasting, and performance management with KPIs.
Compensation: $220,000-$260,000 base salary + bonus.

🎯 Requirements

12–15+ years progressive finance experience incl FP&A, corporate finance.
FP&A leadership in high-growth CPG/consumer products.
Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, governance.
Strong exec communication and data storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA/CPA a plus.
Willingness to travel 10-15%.
