Vice President, Global Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead an organization of approximately 16 professionals across accounting operations, consolidated
• Oversee corporate accounting activities, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts
• Direct consolidated financial reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures
• Deliver meaningful financial information, analysis, and insights to support executive
• Lead the development and implementation of a scalable Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance framework

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated success leading and
• Previous public-company accounting experience and a thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC
• Proven ability to scale accounting functions and prepare organizations to operate at public-company
• Demonstrated success leading accounting transformation, process standardization, automation, and
• Strong expertise across corporate accounting, general ledger operations, financial consolidation
• Experience designing and strengthening SOX frameworks, business-process controls, accounting
