🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in People Operations or HR Shared Services, global multi-entity.
• Proven leadership in a public company or global org.
• Experience delivering automation and AI-driven HR ops at scale.
• Strong data, analytics, and ROI-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or SHRM/SCP preferred.
