📋 Description

• Own full-funnel media strategy across awareness to conversion.
• Design and run AI-native performance system; own CAC and LTV:CAC.
• Manage dual acquisition for care visits and product lines; budget ownership.
• Oversee upper-funnel investments (CTV, streaming audio, DOOH) to support performance.
• Collaborate with Engagement pillar; share intelligence and retention signals.
• Build and lead a five-person Growth team; present to board on growth.

• Systems thinking; design AI-native acquisition architectures.
• Experience across healthcare or considered-purchase and e-commerce.
• Full-funnel media fluency across awareness to conversion.
• Experience building and managing external agencies and contractors.
• Executive communication with board; growth strategy articulation.
• Lead and develop a Growth team; scale AI-native acquisition.
