Vice President, GTM Operations

📋 Description

• Lead GTM Ops; manage ~10 people across Systems, Insights, Enablement, PM
• Build analytics and forecasting layer; AI-enabled insights for exec decisions
• Drive AI-native automation, data governance, and security across GTM
• Own sales compensation, quota, and territory planning; scalable models
• Lead GTM enablement; onboard, train, and ramp the field
• Run cross-functional PMO; prioritize initiatives from concept to rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM/Revenue/Business Ops with senior leadership
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ; evaluate AI capabilities; governance
• Strong analytical and forecasting discipline; partner with Finance
• Proven track record delivering large-scale systems and transformations
• Executive presence; cross-functional leadership; sponsor for responsible AI
