🎯 Requirements

15+ years in product management with senior leadership (fintech/B2B SaaS)
Track record owning product strategy with measurable outcomes
Strong partnership with engineering
Deep customer empathy; translate credit needs into direction
Executive-level influence across leadership; strategic decisions
Familiarity with regulated financial services; SOC 1/2 preferred
