📋 Description

• Lead clients to realize full potential (meeting program objectives, on time/quality work) – this
• Establish and lead relationship(s) with clients to ensure team gets information it needs and
• Develop key client strategies, plans and budgets and oversee programs for clients managed by your
• Manage all aspects of your teams, including utilization, growth and development
• Serve as ongoing lead advisor and provide counsel as needed on clients managed by your teams
• Involve Practice Lead and other senior leaders on client issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees in healthcare communications, health policy, business
• 15+ years of relevant experience in healthcare communications, with substantial experience working
• Agency experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience serving healthcare technology or
• Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem and the forces shaping how
• Comfortable navigating emerging and evolving technologies, including AI-enabled healthcare
• Able to quickly understand complex products, business models and technologies and translate them
