Vice President, International

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee international enterprise sales organizations across Europe, the Middle East
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies in collaboration with industry General Managers
• Take ownership of international sales performance, including new-client acquisition, customer
• Identify and overcome market-specific barriers to business development, working closely with Legal
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, personally leading
• Expand existing enterprise relationships by identifying opportunities across additional business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An MBA
• At least 10 years of B2B commercial experience, including enterprise sales within SaaS, technology
• Demonstrated success personally winning significant enterprise deals, developing strategic client
• At least 3 years of experience leading sales organizations, including managing managers and
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop regional sales leaders, improve team performance, and
• Extensive commercial experience in at least one of the following regions: Europe, the Middle East
