Lead a team of investment accounting professionals for reinsurance and statutory accounting.
Mentor teammates to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee quarterly RBC charges and coordinate with statutory accounting for RBC calculations.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial statement reporting.
Manage quarter-end close procedures and analytics of investments.
Support accounting for new investments and ad hoc analyses as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA.
9+ years of relevant experience.
Strong tech accounting skills; U.S. GAAP and statutory accounting.
Familiarity with complex transactions, including reinsurance.
Knowledge of SOX controls and public company experience.
Proficient with MS Excel, PeopleSoft, and data warehouse.
