Vice President, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Lead the Investor Relations function and liaison with investors and analysts.
• Partner with the CEO, COO, CFO, and leadership to drive investor engagement.
• Translate financial performance and strategy into a compelling external narrative.
• Lead quarterly earnings prep, scripts, Q&A, and analyst engagement.
• Manage disclosures with Legal, Communications, and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support fundraising, public company readiness, and M&A communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in IR, investment banking, or corporate finance in SaaS/tech.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV).
• Experience engaging with public investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Proven ability to craft investor narratives and exec-level presentations.
• Strong EQ and executive presence; confident external representation.
• IPO experience or late-stage private company readiness preferred.
