Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation

📋 Description

• Run the capital formation funnel end to end, from segmentation and tiering through outreach
• Manage DDQs, the data room and subscription documents in partnership with fund counsel and fund
• Plan and coordinate multi region roadshows and own the master investor calendar
• Support investor onboarding, including KYC and AML processes, with fund administrators and counsel
• Produce investor materials including introductory materials, quarterly updates, announcements and
• Prepare meeting briefings for senior coverage and track commitments made in meetings through to

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, private placement or fund
• Hands-on experience running DDQs, data rooms and subscription processes
• Exposure to multiple alternative strategies such as credit, special situations and private equity
• Working knowledge of fund marketing compliance and private placement rules
• Familiarity with institutional reporting standards and standard DDQ formats is preferred
• Demonstrated accountability as a CRM administrator and data owner, ideally in Salesforce
