📋 Description

• Build and lead Lean Operations & AI transformation to create capacity
• Stand up the operating system, team, and early wins in Operations
• Scale Lean & AI across Sales, Client Services, Finance, and Compliance
• Drive cross-functional credibility in a matrixed organization
• Translate Lean/AI initiatives into business and financial outcomes
• Lead a high-performing Lean team and centers of excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or CS
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Master Black Belt a plus
• 10+ years leading operations, process improvement, or transformation
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling business with operating leverage
• Matrixed leadership across functions without formal authority
• Change management and executive communication skills
