• Own Business Financial Performance: Lead the full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for a
• Drive Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual operating plans and multi-year business
• Expand Customer Relationships: Serve as the executive relationship owner for key government
• Lead Business Development and Growth: Identify and pursue organic growth, adjacent markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience managing multiple projects and U.S. Navy
• Hands-on experience working with key Navy organizations, such as NAVSEA, Naval Undersea Warfare
• Demonstrated experience leading defense-related businesses, including financial management, P&L
• A proven record of identifying opportunities, leading capture strategies, contributing to proposal
• Strong understanding of government program execution, contractual obligations, performance
• Experience building and managing high-performing technical teams, including geographically
