• Align operations with capital markets, product, credit risk, and growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders for Neo's next growth phase.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Capital Markets.
• Drive streamlined processes to maximize efficiency while scaling.
• Define performance standards and create a strategic roadmap for initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership in mortgage operations (underwriting, fulfillment, funding) in Canada.
• Proven track record scaling operations teams while preserving quality and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and capital markets.
• Strong commercial acumen; understands impact on origination margin and growth.
• Experience partnering with product, sales, credit risk, and capital markets teams.
• Data-driven operator; fluent in SLA management and productivity metrics.
