📋 Description

• Lead the neuroscience organization with vision, clarity, and scientific excellence.
• Mentor and develop leadership, scientific, and technical capabilities.
• Oversee preclinical in vivo models to support target validation.
• Guide PK/PD relationships and translational biomarker programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define integrated development strategies.
• Establish external collaborations to advance translational neuroscience.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. with 15+ years in neurobiology and pharmacology leadership.
• Strong track record of interdisciplinary collaborations with academia and industry.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams from discovery to clinical.
• Proven ability to author IND/CTA sections and protocols.
• Exceptional communicator and strategic, collaborative leader.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
