Vice President of Business Development

📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, outreach, relationship development
• Manage and grow existing relationships with leading biopharmaceutical customers, strengthening
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with large, mid-market, and emerging biotech
• Represent the organization at major industry conferences, including ASCO, ESMO, and AACR, building
• Translate evolving product capabilities, scientific evidence, and AI-driven insights into tailored
• Establish and maintain commercial infrastructure, including CRM processes, pipeline tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success selling data-driven or precision medicine products into biopharmaceutical
• Experience commercializing AI/ML tools, real-world evidence (RWE) solutions, circulating tumor DNA
• Previous experience as the first or an early business development leader at a life sciences tools
• Deep understanding of oncology clinical development, including clinical trial design, endpoints
• Proven ability to independently manage complex sales cycles, develop a pipeline, negotiate
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated success building relationships with vice presidents and
