📋 Description

• Own Matic's carrier strategy, strategic carrier partnerships, and carrier innovation
• Build and oversee Matic's carrier relationship strategy, personally owning executive relationships
• Manage carrier performance across production, placement, profitability, quality, and other key
• Maximize carrier economics through production bonuses, long-term incentives, and other strategic
• Partner with Product & Engineering to define and prioritize the carrier technology roadmap
• Advance carrier partners toward deeper technology integration, including bindable quoting APIs

• Credibility with senior carrier executives
• Commercially minded, analytically strong, and technology-forward
• Ability to negotiate strategic carrier partnerships
