Vice President of Enterprise Technology

📋 Description

• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering and Corporate IT organizations, establishing a culture of
• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy in partnership with the CTO and broader
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical leaders and distributed engineering teams
• Own platform reliability, availability, observability, incident response, compliance, and
• Lead major incident management, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous
• Define and execute the strategy for enterprise IT services, including identity and access

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, Site Reliability
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multiple technical organizations
• Proven experience leading SRE, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise
• Hands-on technical expertise with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or other regulated security and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud architecture, networking, identity and access

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $250,000–$280,000 USD, plus variable compensation.
