Vice President of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management across U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, and forward-looking
• Build and maintain financial models that support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and
• Analyze profitability, operating costs, revenue trends, margins, and opportunities to improve
• Establish meaningful financial KPIs and provide clear, timely reporting and insights to executive
• Evaluate the financial impact of staffing decisions, expansion initiatives, investments, pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial leadership.
• Previous experience in a senior finance position such as Director of Finance, Vice President of
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial
• Experience supporting U.S. and Mexican financial operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into clear, practical business
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
