🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related field
• Minimum 10 years in land management or renewables
• 7+ years leading teams with complex portfolios
• Strong leasing, title, survey, land admin knowledge
• Experience with GIS and land management software
• Excellent communication and financial modelling skills
