📋 Description

• Own and execute the North American omnichannel marketing strategy, translating global brand
• Develop integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, household
• Partner closely with Sales and retail teams to align marketing investments with retailer
• Develop retailer-specific strategies and shopper journeys that connect brand storytelling with
• Lead breakthrough campaigns and retail activations that strengthen brand relevance and turn
• Build and lead a high-performing senior marketing organization spanning Creative, Integrated

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading brand and/or
• Experience in entertainment, retail, children's, youth, family, or similarly consumer-focused
• Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns across social, earned media, retail, digital, and
• Deep understanding of U.S. parent and caregiver audiences, particularly families with toddlers and
• Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and drive retention
