🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in operations, franchise operations, multi-unit management, field
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams supporting franchise owners or geographically
• Strong experience managing budgets, P&L, financial reports, KPIs, and business plans
• Proven ability to develop and implement operating strategies, policies, and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and
