📋 Description

• Build and lead Moonshot's PMO, governance, and execution processes.
• Own delivery across sales handoff, procurement, production, turnover.
• Drive on-time, on-budget project execution with complete docs.
• Align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and operations on priorities.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Project Managers.
• Improve systems for project tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM in manufacturing/EPC/ETO; 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record building or scaling a PMO.
• Delivers complex multi-disciplinary projects on time and budget.
• Manages large portfolios with competing priorities.
• Experience implementing PM tools, systems, and reporting.
• Strong experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or data centers; UL familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent preferred.
