🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of commercial property management with team leadership.
Proven success mentoring high-performing PM teams.
Retail CRE experience preferred.
Advanced Yardi experience: reporting, lease administration, and property operations.
Understanding of leases, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and capital planning.
