📋 Description

• Lead Revenue Operations strategy to align people, processes, technology, and data for growth.
• Translate executive priorities into scalable operating plans, workflows, and performance frameworks.
• Oversee revenue planning, forecasting, backlog/pipeline management, capacity planning, and business
• Create dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and reporting for leadership and board decisions.
• Establish operating rhythms for accountability and execution across revenue teams.
• Own CRM, BI, revenue analytics, and revenue enablement platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales Operations, Growth, or
• Proven success building leading enterprise Revenue/Business Operations organizations.
• Experience with CRM platforms, BI solutions, AI-enabled tools, and tech systems.
• Strong experience supporting C-suite and board-level decision-making with actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead transformation, governance programs, and cross-functional improvements.
