Vice President of Sales

📋 Description

• Lead sales efforts for technology and professional service solutions targeting law firms, corporations, and government organizations across the United States.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through outreach, meetings, presentations, and ongoing engagement.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry research, and relationship development.
• Create compelling sales proposals and respond to RFPs related to specialized technology and service solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred, or equivalent demonstrated success in sales.
• Proven experience selling eDiscovery services, SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Understanding of software tech, SaaS models, and the eDiscovery industry.
• Ability to identify customer challenges and position value-driven solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract discussions.
