📋 Description

  • Launch and scale Cognition’s KSA ops as first senior market hire
  • Own country-level P&L, hiring, sales execution, and performance
  • Build and lead a local team across sales, CS, engineering, support, and ops
  • Lead strategic partnerships with KSA and GCC enterprises and government
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles and close key enterprise deals
  • Partner with global leadership to align product-market fit for GCC

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in KSA in fast-growing software or AI
  • Proven experience launching and scaling ops in new markets with disruptive software
  • Deep relationships in KSA's enterprise and government sectors
  • Strong enterprise sales, partnerships and GTM with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Experience building cross-functional teams from the ground up
