📋 Description

• Lead Education, Practice, and Standards teams onboarding ~75% of new hires.
• Partner with operations leaders to evolve training programs.
• Drive remote and hybrid learning models for distributed teams.
• Advise executives on workforce capability, reskilling, and digital learning.
• Design and scale remote training for frontline, remote, and hybrid staff.
• Oversee LMS/LXP, AI-driven personalization, VR, and analytics for learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive learning & development or workforce training experience.
• 5+ years in a senior training leadership role within a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading remote or large-scale training initiatives across locations.
