Vice President, Operations - South

📋 Description

• Own operational and financial performance across CLEAR's South region, delivering against security
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors and General Managers, building a strong leadership
• Drive regional growth by maximizing performance at existing airports, supporting new airport
• Build trusted relationships with senior airport, aviation, and internal stakeholders, representing
• Partner cross-functionally with People, Training, Compliance, Member Experience, Finance, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including leading large, geographically
• Owning P&L performance, forecasting, labor and cost management, and sales or revenue goals
• Building high-performing sales and service cultures with a strong focus on customer experience
• Leading through leaders, developing strong management teams, and creating accountability and
• Exercising sound judgment in fast-moving environments, building credibility with frontline teams
• Ability to travel up to 75% across the region and periodically to CLEAR's New York City headquarters
