• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders to drive mutual success, balancing macro
• Lead partnership governance structures (i.e., JOC meetings), presenting Aledade's value proposition
• Partner across internal teams—including Clinical, Analytics, Product, Health Plan Performance, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare experience, combining senior leadership across healthcare
• 10+ years within a health plan environment, demonstrating deep expertise in Medicare Advantage
• Data-driven strategic thinker with a proven ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong
• Demonstrated success collaborating with executive-level external stakeholders.
