🎯 Requirements

12+ years in People leadership across ops and TA
Experience scaling distributed/international teams
Strong accounting for budgets and vendor management
Proven ability to design and implement HRIS/ATS and payroll tools
Comfort with regulatory, immigration, and risk mitigation
Systems thinker with cross-functional collaboration
