📋 Description

• Provide strategic day-to-day leadership for the Philanthropic Advising department, creating a
• Build department culture, operating structures, processes, and resources that encourage
• Directly supervise and develop team members, including senior professionals, through coaching
• Serve as a trusted resource for team members navigating complex client relationships, project
• Guide staffing, resource allocation, and team structures to align client needs with organizational
• Identify emerging needs and opportunities across the philanthropic landscape and help evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in philanthropy, including significant experience
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams, including experience managing
• Significant experience advising philanthropists, family foundations, and other philanthropic
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience contributing to or leading business development initiatives, including relationship
• Strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to translate emerging trends
