Vice President/Principal - Contingent Workforce Lead

📋 Description

• Own global contingent workforce strategy and governance
• Establish policies, workflows, and engagement criteria
• Build a centralized operating model with utilization and spend visibility
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Vendor Mgmt, and HC
• Advise on workforce mix, skills, and labor-market trends
• Define CW tech roadmap and ensure data quality as truth
• Build dashboards and KPIs for spend, performance, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 9-12 years in contingent workforce management or related fields
• Proven success designing and leading CW programs in global organizations
• Hands-on with supplier relationships and CW governance
• Strong command of CW tech: VMS, MSP, HRIS, ERP integrations
• Track record building workforce analytics and executive dashboards
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity
