Vice President, Product Management

📋 Description

• Set product vision and strategy; translate into a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Own the roadmap; communicate to stakeholders and executives.
• Drive discovery and validation with user research and data-driven decisions.
• Define requirements; author crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead go-to-market with Marketing, Sales, and CS on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch and adoption.
• Measure success with metrics and OKRs; instrument products to guide the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management; led and scaled PM teams.
• Deep fluency in discovery, roadmapping, PRDs, metrics/OKRs.
• Strategic judgment for resource allocation and tradeoffs.
• Agentic mindset; experience designing agent workflows.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, CS, Eng, Design, and Marketing.
• Customer and data obsession; data-driven decision making.
