📋 Description

• Define and lead Freenome product roadmap with AI integration.
• Lead a team of product managers and technical PMs with a clear vision.
• Coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team; foster learning.
• Develop and implement product strategies with market analysis.
• Own the portfolio roadmap across science, commercial, regulatory, and access.
• Drive product decisions and priorities using strategic frameworks and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in product management; consulting a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Prior oncology, primary care, and consumer experience.
• Prior in vitro diagnostic product launch experience.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics market, including regulatory/compliance.
