• Lead, develop, and manage the product management team, establishing clear responsibilities and

• Establish product management processes, standards, governance frameworks, and decision-making
• Introduce best practices for product discovery, opportunity assessment, prioritization
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing together client feedback, market intelligence, portfolio
• Translate company-wide and service-line priorities into clear product roadmaps, business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in product management, product operations, or product development.
• Experience in professional services, legal services, technology-enabled services, or a related
• Demonstrated success establishing or improving product management processes, governance, and
• Proven experience coordinating products or services across discovery, development, launch
• Strong ability to translate client needs and business objectives into product requirements
