• Lead market vision for Identity, cybersecurity, and AI-focused offerings at Ping Identity.
• Define category leadership, buyer personas, and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with CEO, Product, and Sales to translate strategy into revenue impact.
• Own launch planning, messaging, and sales enablement for major product announcements.
• Build scalable content and messaging frameworks across products, solutions, and industries.
• Develop and mentor PMM team to drive next-gen marketing at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Category Marketing leadership in Identity
• Experience operating at 1B+ revenue scale preferred.
• Proven ability to redefine category narratives and shape market perception.
• Executive presence with CEO/board-level collaboration.
• Visionary thinker converting macro trends (AI, regulation) into strategy.
• Revenue-driven mindset linking messaging to pipeline and enterprise outcomes.
