📋 Description

• Define and own the end-to-end operational readiness framework for client production programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing global production operations team.
• Align people, processes, technology, and supply chain to scale production.
• Drive on-time, on-budget, and on-quality program execution; resolve bottlenecks.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance rhythms across production ops.
• Travel 25-40% to supplier regions, customer sites, and MISUMI hubs.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role (VP or equivalent).
• Proven track record leading transformations and scaling operations in growth-stage contract manufacturing.
• Expertise in production program management, supply chain strategy, and lean/continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, globally distributed teams.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills; ability to align diverse stakeholders around operational strategy and execution priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
