Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management

📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement Freenome's enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy.
• People Leadership: Build and coach a high-performing revenue cycle team.
• Billing & Collections: Oversee coding, claims submission, reimbursement, and AR.
• Patient Intake Services: Oversee benefit verification, financial counseling, prior authorization, and call center operations.
• Payer & Contracting Relations: Partner with Market Access to maintain payer relationships and optimal reimbursement.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to CMS, HIPAA, and payer-specific regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
• 12+ years in revenue cycle management, preferably in molecular diagnostics or precision diagnostics.
• 6+ years leadership experience in revenue cycle management.
• 4+ years of P&L responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare finance.
• Deep understanding of compliance (CMS, HIPAA, Stark Law, etc.) in infusion services.
