Vice President, Revenue Integrity - DRG & DRGV

📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert in DRG/DRGV revenue integrity reviews.
• Define departmental objectives, financial targets, and KPIs.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic direction and improvement.
• Develop quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Monitor performance, report to stakeholders, and implement corrective plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field.
• Active CCS, RHIT, or RHIA credential strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years leadership in healthcare reimbursement, 5+ in denials.
• Expertise in inpatient coding, DRG methodologies, and auditing.
• Experience with hospital revenue cycle and large-scale data tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
