Lead architects, engineering managers, developers, testers, and implementation specialists.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Client Services, and senior leadership.
Build scalable enterprise platforms for multi-stakeholder delivery.
Drive delivery governance, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

🎯 Requirements

15–20 years in enterprise software delivery or product engineering.
Led large, multi-team delivery programs at Director/AVP/VP level or equivalent.
Full-stack engineering: UI, APIs, databases, and cloud.
Hands-on with .NET, Java, Python, or similar stacks.
Relational databases, PL/SQL, and performance tuning experience.
Treasury/Banking/Financial Markets/ERP domain experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
