Vice President, Solution Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Solution Architecture team across multiple
• Define and execute the solution strategy for our Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services
• Partner with executive leadership to align solution architecture strategy with overall company
• Join the Sales team in front of prospects and clients, in person and virtually, to win new business
• Act as an executive-level technical advisor to key prospects and clients, building trusted
• Own the handoff from pre-sales into onboarding and POD-led delivery, so that what we sell is what

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering
• Deep understanding of Managed Security Services and Security Consulting, including how each is
• Familiarity with enterprise security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, Threat Detection and
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, and similar).
• Proven track record of leading global teams in high-growth security services organizations.
