📋 Description

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's financial goals and
• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with
• Manage core FP&A duties and create comprehensive financial models to facilitate accurate
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to provide actionable
• Evaluate ROI on major initiatives, including new product launches, territory expansion, and
• Work closely with department heads to develop KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience, with at least 3 years in a
• Experience leading Business Insights (BI) or similar analytics and/or data functions.
• Experience within a publicly traded medical device, healthcare, or life sciences company strongly
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
